01Agreeing to These Terms
By downloading, installing or using any Playgen Studio game, app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them.
If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the agreement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for your use of them. Some of our titles have a minimum age stated on their store listing.
We may also provide separate terms for a specific game or service. Where those differ from this page, the game-specific terms apply for that game.
02Your Licence to Play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our games and apps for your own, non-commercial enjoyment. You do not own the software. You are licensed to use it.
You may not:

- Redistribute_Or_Resell
- Cheat_Or_Exploit
- Modify_Or_Rebrand
Using cheats, bots, modified clients or exploits to gain an unfair advantage, or to disrupt other players, is not permitted.
03Accounts
Some titles offer an optional account for cloud saves, leaderboards or achievements. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure, and for activity that happens under it.
Please give accurate information when you sign up, do not impersonate anyone else, and do not share or sell your account.
You can delete your account at any time. How to do that, and what happens to your data, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
04Purchases and Virtual Items
Some games offer paid content or in-app purchases. All payments are handled by the platform store: Google Play, the Apple App Store or the relevant storefront. We never see or store your card details.
Virtual items are licensed, not owned. Coins, gems, characters, skins and similar in-game items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the game. Your licence to them ends when your account or the game ends.
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under that store's policy, not by us directly. If a purchase failed or content did not unlock, contact us and we will help you sort it out.
We may change prices, or add and remove items, at any time. Doing so does not entitle you to a refund of purchases already made.
05Acceptable Use
When using our services, please do not: harass, threaten or abuse other people; upload unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit content; attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems; or use our services for anything illegal.
If you break these rules we may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice depending on how serious the issue is.
06Content You Create
If a game lets you create content (a nickname, an avatar, a custom level), you keep ownership of what you make. You give us permission to host, display and distribute it as part of running the game.
You are responsible for what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
07Our Intellectual Property
Our games, source code, artwork, audio, characters, branding and written content belong to Playgen Studio or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You are welcome to make videos, streams and screenshots of our games for non-commercial purposes, including monetised videos on platforms such as YouTube and Twitch. You may not use our branding in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you.
08Availability and Changes
We work to keep our services running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue a game or feature, and online services for a title may eventually be retired.
Where we discontinue an online service, we will give reasonable notice in the game or on this website when we are able to.
09Disclaimers and Liability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playgen Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or lost in-game progress. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights given to you by the consumer law of your country, and nothing here overrides them.
10Ending This Agreement
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling our games.
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a service. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
11Disputes and Changes
If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Almost everything can be sorted out by email without formal process.
These terms are governed by the law applicable where Playgen Studio operates. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of that country's mandatory consumer law.
We may update these terms as our games and the law change. The updated version takes effect when published on this page. If a change is significant, we will give notice in-game or on this website before it applies. Continuing to use our services after that means you accept the updated terms.
