Delete your Snakes and Ladders 3D account

Snakes and Ladders 3D is published by Playgen Studio. You can delete your account and everything recorded to it at any time, in the game or by email. There is no charge.

01Delete in the game

Fastest way

  1. Open Snakes and Ladders 3D.
  2. On the main menu, tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
  3. Enter your password and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

02Delete by email

If you no longer have the game installed, or you have forgotten your password, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account - Snakes and Ladders 3D" and include your display name.

We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming it.

Playing as a guest, without an account? You can ask us to delete the gameplay data recorded from your device the same way. Tell us roughly when you played so we can find it.

03What is deleted

  • Your account: your display name and password.
  • Every match recorded to your account, including its dice rolls and scores, so you are removed from the leaderboard.
  • Your sign-in sessions and the devices linked to your account.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

04What is kept

Nothing tied to your account is kept after it is deleted. We keep only a record that a deletion request was made and completed, which contains no game data.

Uninstalling the game removes its data from your phone, but does not delete your account on our servers. Use one of the options above for that.

Advertising data is collected by the advertising provider (Google AdMob), not stored by us. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation in your phone's settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
