End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Playgen Studio game or software (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Playgen Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA.

3. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software.
• You may not use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software (including all intellectual property rights) remain with Playgen Studio and its licensors.

5. Updates

Playgen Studio may provide updates or patches to the Software at its discretion. This EULA applies to any updates unless accompanied by a separate license.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Playgen Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playgen Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Software.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Playgen Studio may terminate your license at any time if you breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
